Give our delicious Iced Coffee recipe a try:Ingredients:
- 200ml instant coffee
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
Method:
- Brew your chosen instant coffee and sugar with 200ml of boiled water in a heatproof jug. Stir well until they are fully dissolved and allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to the fridge to chill until you are ready to serve.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour over the chilled coffee
- Add 50ml of cold milk to the glass and stir until combined
- For extra sweetness, add your favourite coffee syrup and stir (optional).
